Geyser has you covered.

Quality and craftsmanship are the hallmarks of our global partners, and the product collections offered by Geyser.

All warranty claims are processed and registered with the manufacturer directly by Geyser/Wellnesswares Group as our joint responsibility to ensure continual product improvement and performance for Geyser customers.

Our simple-to-understand warranties cover Residential and Commercial installations as defined below:


Residential/Domestic Warranty: Covers all residential dwellings including homes and apartments domiciled by the owner.

Commercial Warranty: Includes non-residential installations within commercial premises, gymnasiums, sports centres, public buildings, hospitality properties, hospitals and community use.

Limited Lifetime: Warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime.


Geyser as a division of Wellnesswares Group Pty Ltd extends the start of the warranty period furnished by our esteemed partners by an additional 6 months from the date of purchase. This provides the purchaser a six-month period between the date of purchase and the project / installations practical completion. This ensures trouble-free use from day one of our products being used by the intended homeowner/user and the security of the manufacturer warranty from that day forward.


On behalf of our partners, Geyser/Wellnesswares Group will during the specified warranty periods listed below, commit to repairing or replacing, free of charge, any provenly defective product, part, or finish due to material and/or workmanship issues resulting from normal installation, usage, care, and maintenance. Even for discontinued products, replacement parts will be available until stock is exhausted, regardless of warranty status. In cases where the required replacement product, part, or finish is no longer in stock, we will suggest and provide an equivalent option.

Geyser warrants against defects in both materials and workmanship under normal usage, care, and maintenance conditions as outlined within each products installation and owner’s manuals. The warranty is valid for the duration outlined period for the original homeowner’s ownership of the product(s). Please note that this warranty is applicable only when the purchase is made from an authorised Geyser / Wellnesswares Group dealer.

The warranty does not cover, nor does it extend to the normal wear and tear of any finish. Normal wear and tear refers to the expected deterioration in product components/finish condition due to regular daily use. We strongly recommend referring to the care and maintenance instructions provided with each product to maintain the life of a products.


Any partner branded products purchased online via an unauthorized reseller, parallel imported or product sourced via a third party without written consent from the manufacturer or Wellnesswares Group installed within Australia, New Zealand or the Pacific Islands after 2012.

Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Improper installation, misuse, modification or inadequate care and maintenance.
  • Surface damage arising from the use of abrasive products, such as detergents.
  • Corrosion caused by exposure to chemically reactive substances, like chlorine.
  • Damage due to hard water, calcareous deposits, or sediment accumulation.
  • Loss or damage from natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, or electrical storms.
  • The installation of Geyser products by unaccredited or sufficiently licensed trades.
  • Any labour or shipping expenses, or damages of any kind arising from installation, removal, re-installation, repair, or replacement of Geyser products or parts. This includes incidental or consequential damages, losses, direct or indirect, from any cause whatsoever.
